Purchase Orders

Currently, MakersHub can retrieve all open PO’s in QuickBooks within the last year for a specific vendor which you can use as a reference point to validate the bills match what was ordered. MakersHub will be launching a PO module expected to be released at the end of June 2024 where you can create and update purchase orders within MakersHub.

To view the PO, select a bill with an open PO for the vendor. Under Bill Details section, a dropdown will appear displaying the Open Purchase Orders.

Select the relevant PO and click View.

The PO will then appear underneath the bill which you can use to reference that the bill is correct.
