Save Settings and Integration Mappings

MakersHub now allows users to be able to back up and restore Integration Mapping, Bill Settings/Notifications and Payment Settings/Notifications. This is for users who either want to have a backup of their integration mappings or want to copy settings from one environment to another.

How to Save Mappings/Settings

Go to the area you wish to download settings or rules. For example, if you want to download Bill setting go to the bill settings tab. In these sections look for a Save Icon in the upper right of the page. This is available in the following sections: Integration Mapping, Bill Settings/Notifications and Payment Settings/Notifications.

Integration Mapping

Please note that you will need to download each tab of the Integration Mappings separately. Meaning items & Categories will have a separate save file from Chart of Accounts.

Once saved you can keep this as a backup in case of accidental deletion or restore in cases of changes that disrupt your workflow.

Importing Mapping

To import saved settings find the section you wish to import to such as Integration Mapping, Bill Settings/Notifications and Payment Settings/Notifications, click the Import Mappings at the top right, and select the saved import mappings file.

WARNING

Importing Mappings will override your current settings.
