Multi-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring users to enter a passcode sent to their email before they can log in. In MakersHub, MFA can be enabled either company-wide or for individual users.
To enable MFA, click your name in the upper right corner, then go to User Settings. From there, you can choose to require MFA for everyone or set it on a user-by-user basis.
When a user logs in, they will be asked to verify their identity through a unique code that is sent to their email.
Once they input in the code, they will be able to login.
Should they select Remember this Device, we will prompt them to re-authenticate anytime they haven't accessed their account in a rolling 3 day period. With Remember this Device not selected, they will be prompted every 30 minutes.
